Produced in partnership with the Nova Scotia Home Builders’ Association (NSHBA), New Homes & Renovations is published annually in 4 editions:

• The REAL Home ShowGuide (special edition) – March
• New Homes & Renovations, Spring Edition – April
• R-2000 Showcase of Homes Guide (special edition) – May/June
• New Homes & Renovations, Fall Edition – Sept/Oct

These are distributed throughout HRM and the province through various sources, including The Chronicle Herald, Halifax Metro News and other member networks. The magazine is augmented by the regularly updated online edition as well as interactive digital editions available year-round and promoted through this site and the NSHBA.

New Homes & Renovations proudly serves as an ambassador for the Nova Scotia Home Builders’ Association and its membership of certified and experienced builders, renovators, manufacturers, tradespeople and professionals.

Under the umbrella of the Nova Scotia Home Builders’ Association, there are four locals; the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of Central Nova, the South Shore Home Builders’ Association, the Cape Breton Home Builders’ Association and the Annapolis Valley Home Builders’ Association. Together, they represent over 300 member firms made up of professional builders, renovators, developers and many other stakeholders in the residential construction industry.

Dattcom (officially Dattcom Technologies Limited) is simply an acronym for Design, Advertising, Transfer & Technology Company.

Incorporated in January 2001, the company was originally created to assist a local media company with the outsourcing of certain aspects of their production needs. Since then, Dattcom has expanded its focus and partnerships to include not only media production, but also the various aspects required to market, advertise and promote the small to medium sized business.
