Energy-Efficient Natural Gas Tankless Home Heating System

This heating system consists of a tankless water heater connected to a hydronic furnace. Instead of storing litres of hot water and re-heating it day and night, a tankless unit produces hot water only when it’s needed. As well, ‘on demand’ hot water can also be used to warm air: the hydronic furnace uses an ultra-high efficiency (ECM) fan to gently distribute heat throughout the home. The system provides up to 97% thermal efficiency, dramatically lowers home heating costs, and helps lower pollution. Simplified installation also saves time and money. In retrofit situations, existing ductwork can be used. With new home construction, 3” high velocity mini-ducts fit inside standard walls, eliminating the costly need for extra bulkheads.
