Fall River Re-Invention

This 1950’s two story residential home was in need of significant improvements. The basement was unfinished and the other floors were very tired. The siding was removed and all interior finishes down to the studs. The exterior was changed to a traditional salt box style while creating two apartments and a main floor office space on the interior. Improvements included lowered basement floor by 18”, windows, doors, decks, railings, siding, drywall, spray foam insulation, updated
electrical, mini-split heat pump, geo-thermal electric hot water heater, floors and cabinets just to name a few.
